Our stay was very very good, appreciated absolutely fantastic breakfasts.
Everything was perfect, amicable staff, marvellous location short walk to the centre for dinner, and nicer local beaches. The room was brand-new and spotless, with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. Got very comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. The place was quiet little, no complaints, recommend...

We recently stayed at Planeta Banana in Paraty and it was a truly incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the owner, Björn, and his friendly dog Lola. the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was hands down the best breakfast we had throughout our entire trip. We were treated to a wide assortment of fresh fruits, bread from a nearby bakery, preserves, hams, cheeses. the made-to-order scrambled eggs were delicious, and we even had the option to choose from a variety of finishing touches. As someone who is lactose intolerant, they even made a separate dairy-free banana crepe just for me. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air-conditioning and a fan, ensuring a good night's sleep. the service provided by Björn and his team was outstanding and we were so impressed by their hospitality that we ended up extending our stay for an entire week. the property also featured a small pool, daily room cleaning, and complimentary bottled water. Plus, it's just a 20-minute walk from the town center, allowing us to explore more of Paraty.
Nothing, it is perfect! 👌

The guestrooms at Planeta Banana Paraty are simply amazing! I stayed in a cozy double room with a lovely patio where I could relax and enjoy the view. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and equipped with a refreshing shower.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the suite. But hey, that's just my preference, others might find it useful!

The location was awesome, just a short walk away from Jabaquara beach where we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing beach volleyball. The staff were super friendly and helped us book some epic activities like horse riding and cycling around Paraty. And let me tell you, the room service was on point - they always made sure we had fresh towels and anything else we needed. Plus, there was a tour desk and gift shop right on site which was super convenient. we had a rad time and would definitely recommend this place to other young adventurers like us!
If there was one thing I could ask for, it would be a better party scene for us young, party-going peeps. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast exploring Paraty and the nearby beach, but we were hoping for more late-night excitement.

Plus, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but we quickly learned to appreciate the tranquility and silence. It's only a 20-minute, beautiful walk to the center, so it wasn't a big issue.
